We currently ship across India, covering all major cities and towns. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package in real time.

5. Shipping Delays & Lost Orders

While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or logistical delays may affect shipping times. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at support@atmosk.com, and we will assist you promptly.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Atmosk is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@atmosk.com with photos of the package. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting support@atmosk.com.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
